Well, I did it. I joined Weight Watchers. A girl at work started about a month ago and you can tell a big difference in her. I'm doing the on-line version because my schedule keeps changing and I won't be able to go to regular meetings. I've been on it for a week and I've lost 3lbs. Hopefully I can stick to it. But at least I didn't gain anything over Christmas. I guess that now that I'm writing everything down that I eat, it helps me to stop and think if I really need it or if I'm just eating to eat.
